Arbor Pointe Amenities Overview

	General Overview Arbor Pointe Condominium Association is located in Arvada, Colorado at W. 80th Place & Chase Drive. The Association consists of 102 Condominiums and was established in 1983. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.
	Pool What better way to enjoy summer than at the Association’s pool? Open during the summer season, the pool is a wonderful place for water aerobics, swimming or enjoying a book by the water. Hours: 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM ***Note –This pool is NOT owned/maintained by the Arbor Pointe Condominium Association. It is owned by the Lake Arbor Village Master Association, but all Arbor Pointe Condominium residents have access. All maintenance/access requests must be through the Master Association (303-420-4433).
	Clubhouse Within the community is a clubhouse available for homeowner use. This amenity is a great place to host your next birthday party, family reunion or workout class. Hours: 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM (By reservation only) ***Note –This clubhouse is NOT owned/maintained by the Arbor Pointe Condominium Association. It is owned by the Lake Arbor Village Master Association, but all Arbor Pointe Condominium residents have access. All maintenance/access requests must be through the Master Association (303-420-4433).
	Playground A playground is located within the community at roughly the intersection of W. 80th Place & Fenton Court. It's a great place to have some fun when weather permits!). ***Note –This playground is NOT owned/maintained by the Arbor Pointe Condominium Association. It is owned by the Lake Arbor Village Master Association, but all Arbor Pointe Condominium residents have access. All maintenance requests must be through the Master Association (303-420-4433).
	Tennis Courts With the wonderful weather in Colorado, the tennis courts always give you an excuse to get outside. Enjoy a game of tennis on the two courts without having to leave the community! Hours: 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM Access: Access is permitted to all owners. ***Note –This tennis courts are NOT owned/maintained by the Arbor Pointe Condominium Association. They are owned by the Lake Arbor Village Master Association, but all Arbor Pointe Condominium residents have access. All maintenance requests must be through the Master Association (303-420-4433).
